Nachom-ia Kumpasar (Let's Dance To The Rhythm) is a Konkani film produced by Angelo Braganza of Goa Folklore Productions and directed by ad film maker Bardroy Barretto with Ronnie Monserrate and Jackson Pereira providing the musical score. Starring Vijay Maurya (as Lawrence Vaz the musician) and Palomi Ghosh (as Donna Pereira the singer) in the lead roles, its title is taken from the eponymous Konkani song from the 1960s that was composed by Chris Perry and performed by his protégé Lorna Cordeiro.

Made on a budget of Rs. 2.5 crore, the money was raised by its makers through crowdfunding. The premiere of the film was held in Doha-Qatar at the Royal Plaza Cinema on 28 November 2014 and it was subsequently released in Goa where it premiered at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on 4 December 2014. It has since been running to packed houses and rave reviews at Margao and Panjim through a series of private screenings in Ravindra Bhavan and Maquinez Palace respectively.

According to its makers, the film, which took three years to complete, celebrates Goan music through the eyes of the erstwhile legendary musicians of the 1960s and 1970s who failed to get the recognition they deserved. The 2-hour, 45-minute-long film features 20 Konkani songs which were originally composed by Chris Perry. The vocals for most of the songs in the film are provided by the Goan singer Cielda Pereira. The music in the entire film, be it the background score or the main songs, is played live and lends an authentic touch to the original songs that have been painstakingly recreated.

Besides the non-Goan lead pair, the film features Goan actors and actresses namely Prince Jacob, John D'Silva, Comedian Natto, Comedian Kenny, Samy Braganza, Roy Menezes, Abdonio, Selwyn Braganza, Mathew Araujo, Meena Leitao, Meenacshi Martins and Roque Lazarus. #nachomiakumpasar
